A new development, named [/tag]Fox Plaza[/tag], is planned for the corner of Peachtree and North that will have 210 condo units, retail stores and a restaurant. Read more at the AJC.

Cousins Properties will vacate tenants from and demolish the twelve story Wachovia building at 605 Peachtree and plans to build a mixed use development. Cousins has also acquired two other buildings in the area, one of which currently houses an adult book store and plans to demolish those and build another mixed use project. [...]
