I have visited a lot of lofts in the Inman Park, Poncey Highland, Freedom trail area lately and my new favorite lofts are the fabulous NuGrape Lofts.

I love all of these old buildings actually becoming something rather than being torn down. The Troy-Peerless Lofts are situated in a fabulous early 20th century brick building that housed one of Atlanta’s largest commercial laundries. Close to Whole Foods, Home Depot, PetSmart etc. on Ponce, this Glen-Iris loft looks and feels historical. [...]
