The condos are located in the Inman Park Village, and offer residents proximity to a number of amenities. Preliminary plans have been given to the city for Buckhead Avenues, a $160 million mixed use development in the heart of Buckhead. The seven acre site will contain 800,000 square feet of retail space , office space, residential and restaurant space.
There is no date set for the groundbreaking, but completion is expected in 2009.

Novare Group just spent $40 million for a nine acre parcel within Buckhead Village to build a mixed use development. The project is going to take at least 7 years due to current tenant relationships, but when it’s finished will consist of retail space, office space and luxury condos.

Developers have purchased a 1.69 acre parcel of Midtown real estate at Peachtree Street and 17th and will turn it into a high end mixed use office and hotel tower, with the address 1400 Peachtree. Also, to be included in the development will be high end retail and residential portions.

The ViewPoint condos are currently under construction in Midtown on Peachtree St between 6th and 7th streets (This is right around the Midtown Peachtree Starbucks and McCray’s). The building will contain 385 condos and 30,000 square feet of retail. The first phase is slated for completion in 2009.
