Preliminary plans have been given to the city for Buckhead Avenues, a $160 million mixed use development in the heart of Buckhead. The seven acre site will contain 800,000 square feet of retail space , office space, residential and restaurant space.
There is no date set for the groundbreaking, but completion is expected in 2009.

Novare Group just spent $40 million for a nine acre parcel within Buckhead Village to build a mixed use development. The project is going to take at least 7 years due to current tenant relationships, but when it’s finished will consist of retail space, office space and luxury condos.
