I read in the AJC that over half of the 42 condos have been sold in The Mansion on Peachtree. I spoke a little about this project, and some other Buckhead condo projects, when it was announced early last year, but I thought I would refresh the information.

According to a few sources, the constructions folks are nearing the top at Viewpoint Midtown. There are only two floors left to go and a second quarter 2008 completion date can’t get here quick enough for some people. Railside Lofts is a proposed mixed use development in Castleberry Hill. This $50-million project will sit on 6.6 acres and will consist of 35,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 186 residential units and a park that runs along the Norfolk Southern rail line.
Expect this project to be completed sometime in 2008.

Not two seconds after I posted the information about construction beginning on The Streets of Buckhead, did I find some information about one of the luxury hotels that will be a part of the project.
