Three new retailers signed on to open up shop [...]

I wanted to follow up on Ashley’s post from Tuesday about the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for two reasons. The first is in response to eveyone e-mailing me asking for pictures renderings. You’ll find satisfaction to all you desire at the bottom of this post. The second reason I wanted to follow up is because official [...]

I went to Luxe with my mom(who was in town) and a client on Saturday and even though it is not quite finished, I was still greatly impressed. We got to all wear hard hats (hot!) and looked at both one bedroom and two bedroom condos.
This 22 floor condominium is unlike others going up in [...]

I was going to do a post on Terminus in Buckhead today, but alas, they called me when I was on my way and asked to reschedule because they were very busy. I guess I will have to wait until next Thursday to be lucky enough to take a tour there..So, I decided to [...]

I am really going to have to get dressed up to go into Sovereign, and I can’t wait to go. I am not sure how many of our readers can afford a condo (a “home”) from $1 million, but I think I’ll still end up making an appointment to visit when it gets closer [...]

The Novare Group has outdone itself. Maybe I am just giddy because I went into a great unit on the 23rd floor of Twelve at Centennial Park, but who cares. It is grand. I will be honest and tell you that I am not a big fan of another one of [...]

A 20-story office tower is set to move forward and further change Buckhead’s skyline. This $175 million project, called Phipps Tower, will sit on 3 acres across from the Ritz-Carlton on the Buckhead Loop.
The developers have decided to follow the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System on this project.

You better go look at them fast because they are selling fast. Almost 50% sold already, and the Artisan II is not even expected to open until March 2008. Being built behind the first Artisan building on the corner of Commerce and Ponce de Leon, the condos are in the center of everything Decatur. You [...]

Since I am on a 12th & Midtown kick today, I figured I would talk about 1010 Midtown a little bit. 1010 Midtown is the first phase of the more than 3,000,000 square foot mixed use development known as 12th & Midtown. 1010 Midtown will be a 443 unit condo tower that rises 36 stories [...]

Construction is underway (see picture below) at Atlantic Station on their newest high-rise condo tower called the Atlantic. When The Atlantic is completed (sometime in the fall of 2009), it will be the tallest building in Atlantic Station and will rank 15th on the list of tallest in Atlanta at 540 feet and 46 stories.
There [...]
