The W Hotel announced that it has struck a deal with BLT Steak, an upscale modern steakhouse, to open its doors in the new mixed use property being built in downtown Atlanta called Allen Plaza. BLT Steak will open in December of 2008.

Railside Lofts is a proposed mixed use development in Castleberry Hill. This $50-million project will sit on 6.6 acres and will consist of 35,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 186 residential units and a park that runs along the Norfolk Southern rail line.
Expect this project to be completed sometime in 2008.
