I had such grandiose plans to feature an Atlanta blog every day for a week, maybe a week and a half. Well, I suck, and am barely through 3 blogs in more than 2 weeks. So, I am changing the scope of this series from an Atlanta blog every day to an Atlanta blog as [...]

Mezzo, the $63 million, 20 story high rise project is very close to being topped out and is still on schedule for occupancy sometime in the spring of 2008. Tivoli Properties broke ground on Mezzo back in November of 2006 with hopes that this area of Midtown will soon grow like other Peachtree Road addresses [...]

I’ve officially turned into a contest whore. I’m ashamed, but not really. Darren Rowse is one of the most influential bloggers in the world. I’m serious, he’s that big. So big, that over the next week, he’s giving away $54,000 worth of prizes at his blog’s birthday bash. There are tons of prizes and ways [...]

Well, for another installment of my stroll around the Atlanta blogosphere, I’m going to share with you the blog, Drive A Faster Car. This blog has been alive for a good, long time talking about music, life, and independent art in Atlanta. Biased talk (which is what makes blogging great) from their multiple authors about [...]

When I first think of the word blogging I think about writing. I write (blog) about the Atlanta real estate market, specifically lofts and condos, ITP. However, if I really look at blogging it’s more than just writing, it’s reading other blogs as well. In fact, when it comes to blogging, I do much more [...]

I have to say that I was a bit sad to say goodbye to the Three Dollar Cafe in Buckhead. I had a memorable beer or two or ten there in the old days. However, out with the nostalgia and on with progress and growth. The Streets of Buckhead developers just announced they were [...]

I’ve been posting some construction photos lately of the new Buckhead and Midtown condo towers being built. Some of these photos were taken from webcams that the developer has set up. I wanted to get a list of all the Atlanta condo towers, or any Atlanta real estate development, for that matter, with webcams for [...]
