I have noticed there are a number of builder closeouts - even though some of these “new” buildings were really completed like 2 years ago.

My favorite one is the Artisan in Decatur  - which has only 8 residences left.  The developer is offering 6 months of mortgage payments, closing costs, and more. I must say, I like these condos and they are in the middle of Decatur…walking distance to everything.

I know Arizona II is offering some serious deals for their last available lofts as well.  I am sure that they are offering their lofts at  much lower prices than the residents who bought before now.
