Castleberry Hill’s “Best Loft” Offering An Open House Tonight

I got a call from Angela this morning who is selling “the best loft in Atlanta”- which happens to be in Castleberry Hill.  I love the fact that they bought a domain name for this property.   I think I have been in this loft before and now it is a possible short sale and pretty darn inexpensive for what it has to offer (listed now at 318K and it was at 385K)

The Castleberry Hill Art Stroll is tonight and there is an open house at this loft - so go by and enjoy the views it has to offer from the private outdoor deck!  I’ll be sure to show up if it is not raining cats and dogs.

    I think that is really expensive. But at same time I don’t know what it have to offer.

    She actually said inexpensive, not expensive.

    And to make matters even more interesting, the price has dropped again… to 250K. Ouch.
