So, along with Viewpoint, the “newer” Aqua Midtown has condos up for auction.  Aqua has not had good press lately as one resident was killed in her condo after she let a man posing as a potential buyer come in.  NEVER DO THIS PEOPLE.  Always have the concierge come with you if you are doing something like this.

Anyway, it was horrid, extremely unfortunate for this development, and obviously terribly sad.  But please do not think that Aqua does not have adequate security.   Crime like this has risen everywhere in the city, I don’t care what our leaders say.

Aqua Midtown is auctioning off 20 of their sleek condos - from 1 bedroom /1 bathrooms to 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms with a den.  They are slashing prices over 60% in some cases - like the 2 bedrooms with a den starting from 299K instead of 769K. W-O-W.  The information is on line now, and if you need anything else, let me know.  It is a great building and right in the center of everything.

The auction takes place on May 16th at the W-Midtown.
