It may not be a shock to anyone that Viewpoint has decided to sell a “select” few one bedroom residences for under 190K.  The 19 homes they are selling for under 190K are available from now until May 31, 2009…unless of course they don’t sell them all…I would think they would continue this promotion.  But I could be wrong!

I have written about Viewpoint before and think that it is a great Midtown high rise with fabulous amenities.  Let me know if you need any more information about this deal.
