So, the newest condominium to start auctioning off  “select” residences is the Horizon at Windy Ridge Parkway.  If you want to live close to town, but not really in the city…then these are some pretty good bets.   They are going as low as 60% less than previously priced.

They bill themselves as city living outside the city with contemporary features such as floor to ceiling windows, 10-12 foot ceilings, granite counters, a huge pool, and 24 hour concierge.  They are also “a stroll away” from the Chattahoochee River.

Forty condos will be sold in this auction on March 29th and the W Atlanta Perimeter.  and the lowest price is $95,000 for a one bedroom.  You have to register to attend the auction and all this is found online.  There is good info on their website, so if you are interested, check it out.
