Tribute Lofts Finally Selling Fast
Posted by Ashley Derrick on 12/30/08 in Atlanta Intown Lofts & Condos, Downtown Real Estate

I have written about Tribute Lofts a couple of times but actually never visited until a few weeks ago with a client. After the auction of Tribute, the lofts have obviously started selling much faster. In fact, only one - one bedroom remained a week ago, and a few two bedrooms are left.
I find that people either really love Tribute or really dislike Tribute. There is no middle ground. Each loft is accessed through an outside garden area - which is covered in nice plants, trees, and walkways. Some may not like this since there is a certain motel feel to it, but the developers have given it a private feel and it flows well with the rest of the building. There is also a really cool huge Chess Board in the center of the garden area that sets this development apart from others.

The lofts include concrete walls, concrete floors and a concrete ceiling and the bathrooms and kitchen are very nice and tastefully done with expensive appliances. One has to have vision walking into any “bare” loft, but these have wonderful balconies and there is not doubt you can make these lofts as warm as you would like.
Of course, the rooftop salt water heated (small) pool and large lounge area tops off one of the most fabulous places to see the city of Atlanta. Literally, you can see the whole city from Downtown to Buckhead in one fell swoop. And I am betting it is even better at night time. As I said, there are not many left, and they are listed at fantastic prices like a 1/1 starting at 139K and a 2/2 starting at 209K. (Located off of Ralph McGill, you are close to Marta and very close to the highway!)

Agreed! I’ve visited these “lofts” several times with clients, and have been impressed with each visit.
