November Analytics Wrap Up
Posted by Knox Bardeen on 12/2/08 in Information
November was a fun month at Atlanta Intown Lofts. Here are some of the reasons why, and some food for thought for Ashley and I.
Top posts for November
- A September ‘07 post about the Pencil Factory Lofts. The developer didn’t hit their Spring of ‘08 completion goal, but what builder / developer is hitting timelines these days?
- This post is from way back in February of this year, but it’s about a subject that brings tons of visitors to our blog. Foreclosures in Midtown are a hot topic. We even have a more current post here.
- Here’s another post from early 2008 about foreclosures in the Buckhead zip code 30305. There is a more recent post about Buckhead foreclosures that you should read too.
Top categories for November
Sometimes we get search engine traffic that brings people to the site and drops them into a whole category instead of a specific blog post. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In fact, it’s often a good way to peruse our stuff.
- It’s a pretty obvious top landing point these days. The most often category you folks dropped into was the category on Atlanta foreclosures.
- When a lot of people find our blog and land on the category titled Atlanta Intown Lofts & Condos, it just makes me think that we need to rework our category names to better suit blog readers.
- Hundreds of people came to this blog to look at posts within the category Inman Park Real Estate in November.
Search strings (How people find Atlanta Intown Lofts)
This is a fun one. Take a look at the top three search strings (keywords) that brought people to Atlanta Intown Lofts. After the three, I’m going to throw in another one that’s quite unusual.
- Atlanta Lofts
- lofts in atlanta
- plaza midtown atlanta
- i live in the stack mill lofts in atl (I can see why this person landed on our blog. What I really want to know is what they were trying to do.)
There were also quite a few interesting search strings that were added to Ashleys name. Yes, she was Googled far more than I was in November. However, since I am in a nice mood, I won’t list some of the hilarity that I found.
Hat tip to Matt Goyer of Urbnlivn who inspired this post.
