Taking “green” to the next level, Inman Green is the only gold certified LEED loft/condo residence in Atlanta.  It has gone over and above what I have seen in other places - and it is a place that should not be hard to sell.  In fact, 6 of the 12 residences built, have already been sold.

There are 3 different plans within Inman Green -  flats, lofts, and town-homes.  Each comes with a two car garage - that means both one and two bedrooms get a two car garage…very nice.  The one bedroom flats start at 209K and the 2/3 bedroom town-home starts at 422K.  I went in the town-home and loved the bright and modern flair with pretty darn amazing patio/deck areas. The second floor deck includes a gorgeous and large outdoor fireplace and the rooftop deck is covered in areas with vegetation and has a large whirlpool to relax in with your 10 closest friends.  The kitchen and den on the second floor is an open area - and the polished concrete floors look spectacular.

Yet, the real green features put this property above all others that may look a little like it.  Everything from recycled glass countertops to recycled insulation is used to create a space that is so unique.  The dual flush toilets, the tankless hot water heaters, the energy saving heating, air and lighting systems, the water conserving plumbing features- the list goes on and on.  Their pitch to “live in the present and preserve the future” is one that you can believe in (and will be doing) if you choose to live here.  You will be living in one of the few places in Atlanta that truly offers a healthy living environment - and you are also in a fabulous part of town close to a Marta stop, Inman Park, and Candler Park.
