Man, who are these people who can afford coming to Atlanta and staying or living at no other than a Mandarin Oriental Hotel property? Wow. It looks as though the prices of homes/condos in Atlanta will not drop as much as other places around the U.S. The forecast for 2009 keeps dropping, but Atlanta is one lucky city compared to Los Angeles and Miami. We drop a mere 2%compared to their 18%. Eesh.
Yet, I would still say to the developers [...]
