It looks as though the prices of homes/condos in Atlanta will not drop as much as other places around the U.S.  The forecast for 2009 keeps dropping, but Atlanta is one lucky city compared to Los Angeles and Miami. We drop a mere 2%compared to their 18%.  Eesh.

Yet, I would still say to the developers of condos / lofts /town-homes out there that you will have to drop your prices a bit further to get those places sold.  I know for a fact that many of the new places I have written about still are not selling as well as they would like.  Maybe Atlanta doesn’t have all these “rich” people willing to pay over 250K for a one bedroom condo in-town.
