Where is Brutus?

I really only have one 5$ gift certificate to Starbucks for the winner of this week’s “Where am I” and am getting ready to go on vacation for a week, but thought I would send this out. Where the heck is Brutus?

    That’s easy - it’s across the street from the Georgia-Pacific building downtown during the DragonCon parade Saturday morning.
