Botanical Gardens/Piedmont Park a Step Away…

I was going to do a post on Terminus in Buckhead today, but alas, they called me when I was on my way and asked to reschedule because they were very busy. I guess I will have to wait until next Thursday to be lucky enough to take a tour there..So, I decided to take my dad - who is in town from Philadelphia - to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. This post is not about the Gardens by the way (but if you have not gone, you should. We have the largest collection of Orchids in the WORLD.)
If you want to live seconds from the Botanical Gardens and Piedmont Park and do not necessarily want a big home with a massive lawn on The Prado in Ansley, you should try out the new big town-homes without the massive lawn there - Ansley on the Park. These gorgeous 4 level brick structures sit on Piedmont but their address is actually The Prado-and oh, what an address to have in the City. There are only six of them, and they range from 1.5 million to 2 million dollars. Let me say the reason why they are a lot of money three times. Location, location, location. Well, that and the fact that they come fully loaded with all sorts of amenities like elevators, gorgeous rooftop terraces with outdoor fireplaces overlooking the midtown skyline, huge master suites with big ole bathrooms, the list goes on and on.
I myself do not have the money to buy one of these gorgeous town homes, but maybe some of my readers do! I hope they sell well. They are in a seriously fabulous location, location, location.
