Where Am I #16?

Tell me where I am taking these pictures from. I think it is obvious what both pictures are of, so I can’t ask what I am looking at. But in one picture, there is a large yellow post on a building…what building is that??? So, where am I taking pictures from and what building does that yellow post go with? Got it? Good luck!
