Foreclosures in Midtown Atlanta

I was looking for foreclosures in Midtown Atlanta (zipcodes 30308 and 30309) and there are a 11 that I can find for sale. The list starts at $99,000 for a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo at the Windsor Over Peachtree and goes on up to $308,900 at Midcity Lofts for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom-2 story unit. Windsor Over Peachtree is located right on North and Peachtree and is close to everything SONO as it is called now…There is also one at 1280 West and 3 of the 5 pictures of the actual condo are of the bathroom on MLS. Thought that was a bit funny - but man, the bathroom looks really nice.
Lofts at the Park on 11th Street right across from Piedmont Park has a foreclosure available and even the Mayfair Renaissance on 14th Street has a 1 bedroom with “fantastic views” available. Where is the best place to find a current list of foreclosures in Midtown? Cornerstone Village, Park Central, and Peachtree Walk particularly interest me.
