Nine More Foreclosures in the Heart of Downtown Atlanta
Posted by Ashley Derrick on 02/7/08 in For Sale, Foreclosures, Information
When I say downtown this time, I mean very close to Phillips Arena, the Georgia World Congress, the Georgia Aquarium, and the new World of Coke Museum. The list of foreclosures in this area (zipcode 30313) include a few condos in the fairly new (completed in late 2003) Centennial Park West on none other than Centennial Park Blvd. This building has a concierge, is only eight stories (the eight being penthouse suites) and is extremely walkable to everything I just mentioned above, plus Marta and the new restaurants around including the very “in” Luckie Lounge and the new sports bar, Stats.
Other foreclosures include one in Centennial Station, one in the Museum Tower, one in the cool Giant Lofts on Marietta Street, and a couple in Castleberry Hills. The prices for these foreclosures range from $549,900 for a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom town home at Centennial Park North to $149,900 for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in the older brick Centennial House on West Peachtree (being overshadowed by the W Hotel.) Let me know if you have any questions or want more information on any of these.

Thanks for the great picture. I really love the walkway, it reminds me of the Yellow Brick Road in The Wizard of Oz!
