Downtown Atlanta Condo Foreclosures

There are 19 foreclosures in the condo market in the zip-code 30312 which includes Downtown Atlanta, Old Forth Ward, and Grant Park. These foreclosures range from $221,900 for a “2 bedroom/2 bathroom garden condo that needs some TLC” in Grant Park to $78,900 for a one bedroom/one bathroom garden condo at the Cityscape Condos.
There is a condo available in the really cool Dynamic Metal Lofts on Edgewood across the street from the famous Thumbs-Up Diner. There are also a few listed at City Heights Condos on Ralph McGill Blvd, McGill Park off of Ralph McGill, and City Side Lofts on Pryer Street near Turner Field. As with many foreclosures, most of these are sold “as-is” and you must be pre-approved (some by certain mortgage companies.)
As I have said before, if you are looking for something and plan to hold onto it for a bit, now is the time to really start looking - as we know, it is a buyer’s market. Let me know if you want more information about some of these foreclosures.
