“CosmoCondos.com” was what was written on the very large sign I saw getting onto 400 North the other day from 85. I thought it was a really cheesy sign but decided to look it up. Now, I have not been to these condos, but know exactly where they are and what they look like on the outside. They are the new nice looking 5 story condos off of Lindbergh and near Piedmont. This area has exploded in the last couple of years and the shopping areas and restaurants have doubled here. The new Lindbergh Plaza boasts Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, and loads more - and will feature condos of its own in the Lindbergh Vista. You also have the Lindbergh Marta Station basically across the street at the Bellsouth Center and can easily get around town without a car. Go save on gas and walk a little!

The Cosmopolitan features 10 to 12 foot ceilings, granite counter tops, operable floor to ceiling windows, private terraces with pool access, balconies or terraces on every condo, and hardwood floors throughout. I did not read anything about trying to be “green,” but maybe there is something out there I missed. But, if you are looking for a place to live close to loads of shopping, good restaurants, and easy access to transportation around town, try these condos out. Prices range from the $170’s to the high $400’s. Oh, and maybe you will receive a free cosmopolitan when you move in. Sorry, could not resist.
