The Mansion is gorgeous.  I love it because it looks completely different from the other glass walled condos coming up in Atlanta.  Touted for affluent citizens of Atlanta, this 42 floor top-level hotel and condominium residences will be Atlanta’s ”very first ultra-luxury hotel and residential development.”  I sure hope I get to stay there at least once. 

The full floor penthouses have setback terraces, the lime-stone is “classically inspired” and the amenities are too many to name. The bulk of the high rise will be part of the hotel - with 127 rooms for guests.  There are only 45 residential units available, and living there means: in-home dining and catering available, valet parking, housekeeping,  tickets for cultural and sporting events, clothing  alterations, technology assistance, automobile  services  (fueling, washing  and maintenance), absentee homeowners’ services, and limousine and private auto transportation. (And I am not even mentioning what the residences look like….)
