I had the pleasure of taking a tour of Renaissance Walk today with Angela, a Realtor for this new condo on Auburn Avenue in the heart of historic Atlanta. Renaissance Walk features one and two bedroom condos as well as offering three lofts and three cool penthouse suites. The new building that stands next to Piedmont and Auburn will have some fabulous retail space (including Crescent Moon moving in soon) and will offer this area some serious employment.

The building is 7 floors and already 60% full. In fact, new residents start moving in next week.
