The Arizona 2 Lofts show off a beautiful mixture of zen and urban characteristics - creating a magnificent place to live if you are a serious loft dweller. I had the pleasure of touring the area with the developer, Scot Dunn, and he shared with me his thoughts on wasted space…that he hates wasted space. Just for your information, AZ2 does not have wasted space. In fact, all the space is spacious - yet, it blends together naturally and it all makes sense.

Located off of Dekalb Avenue in Kirkwood on what else of course, but Arizona Avenue, the AZ2 Lofts are darn fabulous. You can buy a 1,2, or 3 bedroom loft and of course, you are not buying into the high-rise scene. The building is mid-sized and includes a gorgeous water fountain in the front, two amazing salt water pools, and dog paradise-a doggy park. The pool area offers cabanas (for humans on one side and pups on the other) and is lined with wonderful plants, trees, and bamboo. Let’s hope we have rain soon to keep these natural features alive. As for the lofts themselves, they are roomy (but remember, not full of wasted space) and bright, with large windows, great bathrooms, and kitchens that are upscale for this price point.

So, go visit Jennifer at the sales center located at 130 Arizona Avenue and enjoy - I think there are only 15-17 left! (prices from the mid 100’s to the mid 300’s)
