Mezzo, the $63 million, 20 story high rise project is very close to being topped out and is still on schedule for occupancy sometime in the spring of 2008. Tivoli Properties broke ground on Mezzo back in November of 2006 with hopes that this area of Midtown will soon grow like other Peachtree Road addresses to the south and to the north in Buckhead. The location is 2171 Peachtree Street, which is in between Collier and Peachtree Hills.

The 94 residential units will start in the $400’s and go all the way up to $1.4 million. There are one, two and three bedroom floor plans, as well as penthouse units. I spoke, back in August, about Mezzo being pet friendly with their Pet Day Spa, and there are some other pretty cool amenities inside as well.

• A clubhouse featuring sauna, eucalyptus steam and massage rooms
• Zen styled gardens throughout the plaza area
• An outdoor dining area, called Q, will let residents enjoy an outdoor kitchen area
