1010 Midtown
Posted by Knox Bardeen on 09/25/07 in Mixed Use Development, Midtown Real Estate, New Construction

Since I am on a 12th & Midtown kick today, I figured I would talk about 1010 Midtown a little bit. 1010 Midtown is the first phase of the more than 3,000,000 square foot mixed use development known as 12th & Midtown. 1010 Midtown will be a 443 unit condo tower that rises 36 stories above the Midtown skyline. The units will cost between $200,000 and a little over $1 million, and should be ready for residents by the fall of 2008.
Also at 1010 Midtown will be 38,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the ground level.

I went to the sales center for 1010 the other day. I asked the sales agent about the height of phase four of the project and whether it would provide shade to the west side of phase one. He indicated that phase four would likely be a mid-rise, but that “phase six on West Peachtree might have a high rise located there.” While this slip was inadvertent, it shows that there is apparently a lot more in the works than the current four phases that have been announced.

Yeah, the last announcement I remember hearing about was phase 4, which will be on Crescent Avenue, between 11th and 12th. I will see what I can dig up.
Thanks for the heads up Robert!
