Construction is underway (see picture below) at Atlantic Station on their newest high-rise condo tower called the Atlantic. When The Atlantic is completed (sometime in the fall of 2009), it will be the tallest building in Atlantic Station and will rank 15th on the list of tallest in Atlanta at 540 feet and 46 stories.

There will be 401 residential units in The Atlantic, made up of one, two and three bedroom floor plans. The condos will be priced anywhere from $300,000 to over $1 million.

Also included in this tower will be 10,000 square feet of ground level retail space.
