Loews Hotel will open their first property in the Atlanta area when it builds its 414 room hotel in the mixed use development 12th & Midtown. Back when 12th & Midtown was first announced, we knew that there would be a boutique hotel with approximately 400 rooms in the second phase. Now we know exactly which hotel will be landing at 1075 Peachtree Street to go along with a high-rise tower with 725,000 square foot office space, 60,000 square feet of retail space and 60 luxury residential units.

Construction is currently ongoing, and an April 2010 completion date is the target.
