I read in the AJC that over half of the 42 condos have been sold in The Mansion on Peachtree. I spoke a little about this project, and some other Buckhead condo projects, when it was announced early last year, but I thought I would refresh the information.

• The Mansion on Peachtree will consist of 127 hotel rooms, 42 condo units and will rise 42 stories high when completed.
• The 42 condo units will start at $2.6 million and go up towards $12 million to buy the penthouse.
• The Mansion will be home to restaurants Craft Atlanta and Neo.
• The AJC has a pretty neat aerial photo of the construction of The Mansion on Peachtree.
• Spring of 2008 is still the projected grand opening date.
