Viewpoint Midtown Nears Top Floor

According to a few sources, the constructions folks are nearing the top at Viewpoint Midtown. There are only two floors left to go and a second quarter 2008 completion date can’t get here quick enough for some people. What can you tell me about this complex? The website doesn’t provide much information and the sign on the building states prices of $188K…I know a loft isn’t a good investment (popular belieft at least), but at a price tag of around $200K it sure seems sweet. What can you tell me about this…I’m interested!
