Aquarius Soon To Rise In Downtown Atlanta

We’ve been waiting a while for this one, but how much longer will we have to wait? Construction was supposed to begin in May, but the only sign of building so far, well, is the sign. I’ll make sure you know when construction begins.

Aquarius is going to be 38 story condo tower situated across the street from the Georgia Aquarium at the intersection of Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard and Luckie Street. There will be 120 residential units with some really amazing features to this building.

  • Robotic Parking Facility - Your vehicle will be stored in a space age parking facility that will robotically store and fetch your car on command.
  • Solar Power - One of the first Atlanta condo towers (if not the first, still checking on that) to use large solar panels to provide energy to the building.
  • Wind Power - Another Atlanta first… Wind turbines to provide power to the building.

I’ll be sure to get you more information about Aquarius very soon!
