Pencil Factory Lofts

The Pencil Factory Lofts are scheduled to become available in the spring of 2008. The project is located at the corner of Hill Street and Decatur Street in downtown Atlanta and is part of a mixed use development which will also include 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurants called the Pencil Factory Shops. This property was the former site of the National Pencil Factory.

There are going to be 188 units once this project is completed and they will be priced from around $150,000 to $450,000. As soon as I have more info on what retailers and restaurants will reside here, I will let you know.

    i woudl like to see photo. are u a part of the govt’ment program “empowerment zone”? i sure hope so. i would love to live there but i need that money to do so. what is the sq. ft. of the 1-2 bd. rms. and the prices?

    The new Pencil Factory Flats and lofts are not for sale but for lease/rent. The floor plans are large and i look forward to seeing what they turn out to be like.
