There are three reasons that I am writing this post today, a blog birthday message to someone that I do not know.

1. It’s a contest. And with all of the fun Ashley and I are having with our new Where Am I contest (psst go to week #3 and venture a guess) I thought I would become a contestant in a different type of game.
2. Having just changed the looked of this blog, and many of my other real estate blogs, I understand how difficult it is to make your blog look exactly the way you want it to. One of the things that I wish I had for Atlanta Intown Lofts was a logo, one to make us stand apart. David Airey is a logo designer based in Scotland, and since some of the prizes don’t require me to wear a kilt and show up in Edinburgh, I think I’ll take a crack at it.
3. Did I mention prizes? Yes, I am going to whore myself out here to win something. And that makes me happy.
