Where Am I? #3

Well, so far in either of the first two weeks, nobody has correctly guessed the answer to our question, Where Am I? I’m going to take it easy on you in week 3. I am going to give you two pictures. The first will be from the unit (which is currently on the market) within the building. The second picture will be from the rooftop, and should almost give the answer to you.
Here’s the deal… If you guess the name of the building correctly you get nada (remember, I’m the cheap one who didn’t offer a prize at all in week #1). However, since Ashley showed me up and offered a reward, I will do the same. If you can name 4 of the surrounding buildings in the pictures, IN ADDITION to giving me the name of the building I am standing in/on I’ll pony up the same $10 restaurant gift card of my choice. Also, if you can tell me what unit number I am in as well as the 4 surrounding building and the building name, I will bump the prize money up to $25.

First person to correctly give me answers to all 3 questions wins. If nobody gets all 3 then the first person to get 2 of the answers correct, wins.

Ok. Flaw in my plan… Please continue to guess the name of the building I am in using the comments like Evan did.
However, if you are guessing the names of the surrounding buildings too, please e-mail them to me, instead of posting them here, so you don’t give you answers away to everyone else.
Even, I edited your comment and took your guesses out because you already e-mailed them to me. Thanks for doing that. And BTW, Post Biltmore is incorrect, but very close!

Ok. I just received a correct answer for the $10 prize via e-mail. Congrats to Eric for sending that in. He’ll get a $10 gift card unless someone can tell me exactly what unit I am in, in addition to naming 4 of the surrounding buildings.

Congratulations to Eric Thomas who emailed these answers:
1. The answer to Where Am I is MidCity Lofts.
2. In the top picture he correctly named 999 Peachtree (the tall beige building in the upper left), Metropolis (blue glass building behind the radio tower), and the Academy of Medicine (the building in the foreground with the name on the front, that was a gimmie). He could have also listed 878 Peachtree which is on the right side behind the academy (home of The Vortex).
In the bottom picture Eric named Spire (far left), Viewpoint Midtown (under construction) and The Biltmore.
3. Eric didn’t correctly guess the unit number I was in, but I was unclear about that. The top picture is where I wanted you to guess. I was in unit #315, which is currently on the market for $323,000. The second picture was taken from the rooftop pool area.
Since I wasn’t clear, and Eric guessed the penthouse, I am going to go ahead and award the full prize of $25. Eric, shoot me your contact info via e-mail and I will get you a gift certificate mailed out pronto.
