Back in May I told you about about Village Place Brookhaven, a mixed use development a little north of Buckhead and south of Chamblee, in Brookhaven. Well some of the details have changed, and some of the information has been given out, so I thought an update was in order.
The project will be around 153,000 square feet and will consist of 41 loft condos, 8 live/work units and 35,000 square feet of retail. The project is scheduled to open in late 2007. Here’s a bit more about each of the different aspects of this development.
The Lofts at Village Place
- One and Two bedroom lofts will be priced mid $200’s to the mid $400’s
- Four two story lofts will be available from the high $500’s to the low $700’s
The Restaurants at Village Place
Five restaurants have been announced for Village Place Brookhaven.
- Atkins Park
- Cork & Fork
- Library Coffee Company
- Zocalo Taqueria
- J. Christopher’s

Thank you for the update. I live in Drew Valley (a little further down Dresden from this development) and it’s nice to see the positive changes coming to the neighborhood.
Cheers!

I just read in the Atlanta Business Chronicle that Atkin’s Park is instead going to Sembler’s project on Peachtree. Any updates for new restaurants and stores for Village Place?!
