Sorry, I saw bits and pieces or the 1980’s movie classic “Wargames” this past weekend, and I couldn’t resist. What I am not kidding about is our new contest here entitled, Where am I. Plain and simple, earn fame and fortune guessing, by the picture below, where I am.
P.S. Be as specific as possible. “Somewhere in Atlanta” isn’t nearly as good as “You’re in Metropolis”, which also isn’t nearly as good as “You’re on the 3rd floor, unit 301 of Metropolis”.
P.P.S. Metropolis is not the answer!!!

Looks like you’re around 10th and Peachtree. What’s there … this must be a trick question. You’re not in a condo tower, maybe a hotel — Wyndham Midtown?

Actually, no trickery this time(although, I am not above it). I am in a condo tower, in fact I am in a penthouse unit.
You’re very close in one regard. I am not on Peachtree, but only a block or so off of it. However, I am a bit north of 10th.
Let me give another clue. This highrise was built prior to 2000. So, it’s not one of the new ones. Also, as I said earlier I am in one of the penthouse units… 31st floor.

The answer is a 31 story condo building called The Concorde. The Concorde is in Buckhead right off Peachtree street on 2870 Pharr Court South, which is just south of Fado and ESPN Zone.
I’m in one of the penthouse units (#3104) facing north towards some of the new construction in Buckhead. This unit is currently on the market for $539,000.
