Two area developers are holding a contest that will give 19 finalists a $50 gift card and one grand prize winner a free condo for one year at The Washington, in Historic Westside Village.

We are enlisting your help to create a unique, attention-grabbing headline that captures the uniqueness of Historic Westside Village for our new ad campaign. The Westside Village Team will choose the top 20 headlines and you could be among the 19 finalists that will win a $50 gift certificate to local hot spot, or the lucky grand prizewinner to live for free in a $150,000 condominium for a year! Deadline for entries is September 15, 2007. The top 20 finalists will be notified by September 19, 2007. On September 27, 2007 we will announce the winner at an invitation only event.
