There’s a website out there that could be invaluable for all you folks looking for intown Atlanta real estate. It will be especially beneficial for those of you without vehicles that are trying to help green up the city and leave your gas guzzlers behind every once in a while.

The website is called Walk Score, and is very simple to use. You enter an address and the site rates the address on how walkable it is. There are some neat criteria it bases its score on like proximity to; grocery stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, fitness, book stores and a few others.
