A 123,542 square foot, mixed use development, is planned for the corner of Dresden Drive and Caldwell Road in Brookhaven. The project will be called Village Place Brookhaven and has already received $19 million in funding.

Village Place Brookhaven will sit across the street from Brookhaven Park Place and its 2 buildings will consist of retail space, residential units and restaurants. In addition, one of the buildings will offer office space.
