The Atlanta City Council, last week, approved a bond sale that would raise $28 million in funding for the proposed Beltline. There are still many hurdles before this bond sale, as well as the Beltline project itself can come to fruition.

A 123,542 square foot, mixed use development, is planned for the corner of Dresden Drive and Caldwell Road in Brookhaven. The project will be called Village Place Brookhaven and has already received $19 million in funding.
