I have seen the plans for Buckhead Avenues and it is 4 acres, $800 million dollars and 400,000 square feet of retail space. Plans call for a boutique hotel, a 5-star hotel, retail, apartments and condos. Demolition of the blocks from Peachtree to N Fulton and E Paces Ferry to Pharr Rd is to begin Summer of 2007.

i saw the picture and ad in the march edition of the Robb Report. Looks nice, its supposed to include 3 full service hotels, gourmet restaurants, and over 80 new boutiques. Im hoping they can finish ahead of schedule for 2009.
