Buckhead Avenues

Preliminary plans have been given to the city for Buckhead Avenues, a $160 million mixed use development in the heart of Buckhead. The seven acre site will contain 800,000 square feet of retail space , office space, residential and restaurant space.
There is no date set for the groundbreaking, but completion is expected in 2009.

Area Around Marta’s Five Points Station Expected To See Major Redevelopment

Three developers with local ties are planning to redevelop the area around Marta’s Five Points station. The redeveloped area will be called Railroad District, as a symbol of the first business corridor and hotel row in Atlanta’s history.
