Mixed Use Development Planned For Buckhead Village
Posted by Knox Bardeen on 11/13/06 in Mixed Use Development, Buckhead Real Estate, New Construction
Novare Group just spent $40 million for a nine acre parcel within Buckhead Village to build a mixed use development. The project is going to take at least 7 years due to current tenant relationships, but when it’s finished will consist of retail space, office space and luxury condos.
The project is located at the southeast corner of Pharr and Peachtree roads.

To anyone considering moving into a Novare Group property I would seriously reconsider it. We live in one of their properties and it is very poorly managed. That pool you imagine yourself lounging around - don’t expect it to be open for the first 6 months. Quiet time on your balcony - accompanied by people drilling into concrete every day of the week. Fantastic floor to ceiling windows - with a couple of construction workers hanging out doing fixing things that were not done properly. Think again.
