1010 Midtown Grows And Grows: 12th & Midtown Is Born

Back in August we announced 1010 Midtown, a mixed use development being constructed on Peachtree between 11th and 12th streets. Well, now we have more scoop for you.
The developers have released plans to for future phases of this project. In addition to 1010 Midtown, the folks putting this project together decided to assemble three city blocks at the intersection of Peachtree and 12th street. The entire project will be called 12th & Midtown, and it’s made up of 1010 Midtown, 1075 Peachtree and 1125 Peachtree. Let me break 12th & Midtown down by phase:
Phase 1 - 1010 Midtown:
- 35 story, 630,000 square foot project
- 443 Condos
- 50,000 square feet of retail space
- Ready Fall 2008
Phase 2 - 1075 Peachtree:
- 725,000 square foot office tower
- 60,000 square feet of retail space
- 400 Hotel rooms
- 100 private residences on top
- Construction to begin in 2007
Phase 3 - 1125 Peachtree:
- 500,000 square feet of office space
- 40,000 square feet of retail
- A 5 star hotel
- Private residences on top

Wow, this is a first. I can’t believe this made it through our spam filter. But, you know what? I don’t think I’m going to call this spam. Here we have a local Atlanta company who was smart enough to defeat technology and get their company info on our blog. Way to go guys!!!
