Developers have purchased a 1.69 acre parcel of Midtown real estate at Peachtree Street and 17th and will turn it into a high end mixed use office and hotel tower, with the address 1400 Peachtree. Also, to be included in the development will be high end retail and residential portions.

Plans are still being drawn, but ground is expected to be broken in January 2008 with a 2 and a half year build out schedule.
