On nearly two acres of prime Midtown real estate, a 36 story condo tower will be built. The address will be 855 Peachtree Street and included in this mixed use development will be a 383 unit, high-rise tower and 30,000 square feet of street-level retail. The residential portion will include one and two bedroom homes.
