Cousins Plans Fox Plaza: A Mixed Use Development

Cousins Properties is buying up more of Midtown. Their newest is called Fox Plaza, a 2.4 acre mixed use development. And with its four boundaries Juniper Street, North Avenue, Peachtree Street and Ponce, you know this is hot, groundbreaking project.

The first piece of Fox Plaza is a 30 story, 210 unit condo tower called The Premiere at Fox Plaza. The floor plans will be made up of one, two and three bedroom condos starting in the $300’s, plus penthouse units. In addition to the housing, The Premiere will also contain 20,000 square feet of retail and a 5,000 square foot fine dining restaurant.

Expect construction to begin in the fall of 2006 with completion sometime in 2008.

    Fox Plaza Premiere is supposed to be completed in 2008. Don’t they need to get started?

    Joseph, yes, they do need to get started if they still plan on fnishiing in 08 - but indeed they have delayed even the groundbreaking. I will look for more info!
